These Terms govern your use of Widget Theme: Cute Home Widgets (the "App"), including its home screen widgets, provided by Mun Studio ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is licensed to you, not sold. If you got it from Google Play or the Samsung Galaxy Store, that store's terms also apply to your download and purchases.
1. Using the App
You may use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use the App.
2. Themes and widgets
- Themes, artwork, the App's name and the App itself belong to Mun Studio or its licensors. Using a theme on your widgets gives you a personal right to show it on your device; it does not let you copy, resell, redistribute or extract the artwork.
- Free themes come with some of the widgets. To use a free theme, watch one short ad; the theme then stays usable for a while so you can set up several widgets.
- The catalog changes over time. We may add, update or withdraw themes. A widget already on your home screen keeps its theme.
- Content you add to widgets (notes, to-dos, photos and so on) stays yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you pick.
3. Premium
Premium unlocks every theme and every widget and removes ads in the App. It is offered as:
- Premium Monthly, an auto-renewing subscription billed every month;
- Premium Yearly, an auto-renewing subscription billed every year;
- Premium Lifetime, a one-time purchase.
Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Samsung account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel it before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or in the Galaxy Store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its policies. Use Restore purchases in Settings to get Premium back on a new device signed in to the same store account.
- When Premium ends, widgets already on your home screen keep their theme. Picking a premium theme again needs Premium.
4. Advertising
If you do not have Premium, the App shows ads, including ads you choose to watch to use a free theme. Widgets on your home screen never show ads. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for products they offer.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the App, its themes or its artwork, except as these Terms allow.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the App's source code or theme files, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Do not access our services by any means other than the App, scrape the theme catalog, or try to get around ads or purchases.
- Do not use the App in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
6. Widgets and your phone
How widgets look and update depends on your launcher and Android version. Some features need an internet connection (weather and theme downloads) or a permission you can turn off at any time. Weather comes from a third-party service and may be inaccurate; do not rely on it for safety decisions.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or stop the App or any part of it. We will try to give notice of major changes where practical.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and do not promise the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mun Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You can end them by deleting the App. Your rights under them end automatically if you break them.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Using the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.
