These Terms govern your use of Keydrobe: Cute Keyboard Themes (the "App"), including the Keydrobe keyboard, provided by Mun Studio ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is licensed to you, not sold. Your licence is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). Where these Terms and the Standard EULA differ, these Terms apply to the extent the law allows.

1. Using the App

You may use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use the App.

2. Themes and fonts

• Themes, artwork, the Keydrobe name and the App itself belong to Mun Studio or its licensors. Applying a theme gives you a personal right to use it on your keyboard; it does not let you copy, resell, redistribute or extract the artwork.
• One starter theme is free. Any other theme can be unlocked by watching one rewarded video ad through to the end. An unlocked theme stays unlocked on that device; it is not transferred to other devices, and deleting the App may remove it.
• The catalog changes over time. We may add, update or withdraw themes. A theme you already downloaded stays on your device.
• Key fonts are open-source typefaces used under their own licences, listed in the App under Settings › Font licenses.

3. Premium

Premium unlocks every theme and removes ads in the App. It is offered as:

• Premium Monthly, an auto-renewing subscription billed every month;
• Premium Yearly, an auto-renewing subscription billed every year;
• Premium Lifetime, a one-time purchase.

Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a free trial is ever offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue them. Use Restore purchases in Settings to restore Premium on a new device signed in to the same Apple Account.
• When Premium ends, themes you applied while it was active stay unlocked. Other themes go back to costing one video each.

4. Advertising

If you do not have Premium, the App shows ads, including ads you choose to watch to unlock a theme. Ads appear only in the Keydrobe app, never in the keyboard. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for products they offer.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the App, its themes or its artwork, except as these Terms allow.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the App's source code or theme files, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Do not access our services by any means other than the App, scrape the theme catalog, interfere with the download counts, or try to get around ads or purchases.
• Do not use the App in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

6. The keyboard

The Keydrobe keyboard is a third-party keyboard for iOS. iOS decides where it can be used: for example, it is replaced by the system keyboard in password fields and some apps. We do not guarantee that it supports every language feature, layout or app.

7. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or stop the App or any part of it. Some features need an internet connection. We will try to give notice of major changes where practical.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and do not promise the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mun Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Apple

These Terms are between you and Mun Studio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

11. Termination

These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You can end them by deleting the App. Your rights under them end automatically if you break them.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Using the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.
