Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile app Blur Face: Photo & Video (the "App"), provided by Mun Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and videos you process and the files the App creates from them. We do not claim any ownership of them and, because processing happens on your device, we never receive them.

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for the content you process and share, and for respecting the privacy and rights of the people in it.
• You will not use the App to share content in a way that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.
• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
• You will not use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Check before you share

Automatic face detection and tracking are very good but not perfect. A face can be missed in some frames, for example when it is very small, blurry, heavily covered or turned away. Always review the result before you share it, and use Review and Fix to cover anything that was missed. You are responsible for confirming that a file is safe to share.

Free version and advertising

The free version includes a daily allowance of photos and videos and shows ads. Rewarded ads can grant extra allowance for the day. Allowances and rewards have no cash value and may change over time.

Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, Blur Face Premium, that removes ads and daily limits. Purchases are billed and processed by Apple, Google or Samsung through your store account, subject to their payment terms and refund policies. You can restore a purchase from within the App.

Intellectual property

The App, including its code, branding, and design, is owned by Mun Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that every face in every photo or frame will be detected and hidden. You are responsible for keeping your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mun Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including a face that was not hidden or any loss of files.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
