This Privacy Policy describes how Mun Studio ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile app Blur Face: Photo & Video (the "App") on iOS, iPadOS and Android.

Your photos and videos stay on your device

Face detection, tracking and blurring happen entirely on your device. The photos and videos you pick, the blurred files the App creates, and anything you export are never uploaded to us or to any third party. We have no servers that receive your media, and we never see the people in it.

Remembered faces

When you keep a face visible and "Remember kept faces" is on, the App stores a small crop of that face and a numeric description of it on your device, so it can keep the same person visible next time. This is not sent anywhere. You can view and delete remembered faces in Settings, or turn the option off in the Edit screen.

No account required

The App does not require you to create an account or sign in. Your settings, recent items and remembered faces are stored only on your device.

Photo library access

The App reads only the photos and videos you choose to blur. When you save a result back to your library, the App asks for permission to add that file.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App uses them only to tell you when a photo or video finished processing in the background. Notifications are created on your device and contain no personal data.

Advertising

The free version of the App shows full-screen and rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

• On iOS, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier can be used. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised with it.
• Where required by law, including in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the App shows a consent form from Google before ads load.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

Buying Blur Face Premium removes all ads.

Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, Blur Face Premium. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google or Samsung through your store account. We do not receive or store your payment details; we only receive the confirmation needed to unlock the features.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or location, and the App does not include analytics or crash-reporting SDKs of our own.

Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention & your choices

Because everything is stored only on your device, uninstalling the App removes its settings, recent items and remembered faces. Files you already saved to your library or shared elsewhere stay where you put them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
