These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Viking Row: Drum Rhythm Game (the "App"), provided by Mun Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Camera, microphone & physical activity

The App uses your device's camera and, optionally, microphone to detect rowing motion and voice chants as described in our Privacy Policy. The App involves physical movement. Play in a clear space, at your own pace, and stop if you feel discomfort. We are not responsible for injury arising from your use of the App.

Acceptable use

• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any content unlock, purchase, or licensing mechanism in the App.
• You will not submit offensive, unlawful, or impersonating names to the leaderboard.

Leaderboard content

Leaderboard display names are chosen by you and shown publicly to other players inside the App. We may remove or reset any leaderboard entry at our discretion, including names that are offensive, unlawful, or impersonate another person or brand.

Purchases & advertising

The App may offer an optional in-app purchase to remove ads, and may display advertising served through Google AdMob to support free content. All purchases are billed and processed by Apple or Google through your app store account, subject to their respective payment terms and refund policies.

Intellectual property

The App, including its artwork, audio, code, and design, is owned by Mun Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you. The App is an independent, fan-made work; see our Disclaimer for details on third-party names and trends referenced by the App.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mun Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
