These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile app Stitchy: Long Screenshot (the "App"), provided by Mun Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.

Your content

You keep all rights to the recordings you import and the images the App creates from them. We do not claim any ownership of them and, because processing happens on your device, we never receive them.

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for the content you record and stitch, including respecting the privacy of other people in the conversations you capture.
• You will not use the App to capture or share content in a way that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.
• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
• You will not use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Free version and advertising

The free version includes a daily export allowance and shows ads. Rewarded ads can grant an extra export. Allowances and rewards have no cash value and may change over time.

Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, Stitchy Pro, that removes ads and export limits. Purchases are billed and processed by Apple or Google through your store account, subject to their payment terms and refund policies. You can restore a purchase from within the App.

Intellectual property

The App, including its code, branding, and design, is owned by Mun Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Stitching depends on how a recording was made, and we do not guarantee that every recording can be stitched or that every join will be perfect. You are responsible for keeping your original recordings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mun Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of files.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
