These Terms govern your use of Love Widget: Live Couple Pics (the "App"), provided by Mun Studio. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent under the law where you live, to use the App. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account.

2. Partner connections

The App lets two people connect and share content. Connect only with someone you know and who agrees to connect. You are responsible for what you share and for disconnecting or disabling features when you no longer want information shared.

3. Location and the Distance Widget

The Distance Widget is optional. If enabled, it uses your approximate or precise location, including in the background when permission is granted, to calculate and display distance between you and your connected partner. Distance is an estimate and must not be used for emergencies, personal safety, navigation, surveillance, or verifying another person's whereabouts. You must not pressure another person to enable location sharing. You can turn the feature off at any time.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Mun Studio a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the App. You represent that you have the rights and consent needed to share it.

You must not upload or send content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, sexually exploitative, infringes another person's rights, or exposes someone else's private information without permission.

6. Purchases and advertising

The App may include ads and optional purchases. Purchases are processed by the store through which you downloaded the App and are subject to that store's terms, billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Features and prices may change as permitted by law.

7. Account suspension and deletion

You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to users or the service. Accounts inactive for an extended period may be deleted after notice where practical.

8. Intellectual property

The App, branding, software, designs, and non-user content are owned by Mun Studio or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the App.

9. Service availability and disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, delivery of notifications, or exact location and distance results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mun Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost content, profits, or data arising from the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes

We may change the App or these Terms. We will post updated Terms here and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
