This Privacy Policy explains how Mun Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer listed for Love Widget: Live Couple Pics (the "App"), accesses, collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes information. It applies to the Android and iOS versions of the App.

Location summary: If you turn on the optional Distance Widget, Love Widget collects and stores your approximate or precise location and shares your latest location with your connected partner to calculate and display how far apart you are. With your permission, collection continues in the background, including when the App is closed or not in use. Location is not used for advertising, analytics, or marketing. Each new server update replaces the previous one; we do not keep a server-side location history.

1. Information we collect

Account and profile information: user ID, email address, username, display name, optional profile photo, authentication information, and account settings.
Partner and relationship information: your couple ID, connected partner, relationship dates, anniversaries, countdowns, and invitations.
Content you choose to share: photos, camera captures, videos, love notes, messages, reactions, and related timestamps.
Location: approximate or precise latitude and longitude, accuracy, timestamp, and platform when you enable location sharing for the Distance Widget.
Device and app information: device type, operating system, app version, language, push notification token, advertising identifier where available, and diagnostic or technical information.
Usage and analytics: interactions with App features and aggregated analytics events.
Purchase information: product and entitlement status. Payments are processed by the applicable app store; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

2. How we use information

Provide accounts, partner connections, chat, photo sharing, notifications, widgets, anniversaries, and other App features.
Synchronize the content you choose to share between your device and your connected partner's device.
Calculate and display distance between connected partners when both choose to use the Distance Widget.
Maintain App security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability and features.
Provide and measure advertising. We do not use the location collected for the Distance Widget for advertising.
Process purchases, manage premium access, comply with law, and enforce our Terms.

3. Precise and background location

The Distance Widget is optional and location sharing is off until you choose to enable it. Immediately before Android requests location permission, the App shows an in-app disclosure and asks for your affirmative consent.

What is collected: approximate or precise latitude and longitude, accuracy, and the time of the latest update.
Why it is collected: to calculate how far apart you and your connected partner are and keep the Distance Widget current.
Background use: if you grant background location access, Love Widget collects location periodically even when the App is closed or not in use so the distance does not become stale.
How it is shared: the latest location is stored using Google Firebase and made available only to the account connected as your partner. The partner may receive the latest coordinates through a protected app notification so their Distance Widget can update.
No unrelated use: Distance Widget location is not sold and is not used for advertising, analytics, marketing, or determining places you visit.
No server-side history: each upload overwrites the prior server record. We retain only the latest shared location while sharing remains enabled.

You can stop collection at any time in Settings → Distance Widget → Share my location, or revoke location permission in Android or iOS Settings. Turning sharing off stops future updates, clears local location caches, and requests deletion of your latest location from our server. The rest of the App remains usable without location.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal or sensitive data. We disclose information only as follows:

Your connected partner: information and content needed for paired features, including your profile, shared content, relationship data, and—only if you enable it—your latest location.
Google Firebase: authentication, database, storage, remote configuration, analytics, and push-notification infrastructure.
Google AdMob: advertising and ad measurement. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP-derived approximate location, and ad interactions under Google's policies. Distance Widget coordinates are not provided to AdMob.
Apple App Store, Google Play, or Samsung Galaxy Store: payment and entitlement processing where applicable.
Legal and safety reasons: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the App.
Business transfer: if the App or its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to this policy and applicable law.

5. Advertising

The App may display ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region, consent choices, and device settings, Google may process identifiers and technical data to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure ads. You can manage ad personalization in your device or Google settings. We do not provide your messages, photos, relationship content, or Distance Widget coordinates to advertisers.

6. Storage, security, and retention

We use encrypted network connections and access controls designed to limit data to authorized users and service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We retain account data and user content while your account is active or as needed to provide the App. The latest shared location is retained only while location sharing is enabled and is overwritten by later updates. Local caches may remain briefly on connected devices until refreshed or cleared. Some information may be retained longer when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record obligations.

7. Your choices and deletion

Turn off Distance Widget location sharing or revoke location permission at any time.
Control camera, photos, notifications, tracking, and advertising choices in your device settings.
Disconnect from a partner to stop future paired sharing.
Delete your account from the App's Settings screen. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal exceptions. Account deletion removes account data from our active systems; copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until they expire.

8. Children

Love Widget is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

9. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use safeguards recognized by applicable law for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. We will provide additional notice when required.
