Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile app Bulk Watermark Photo & Video (the "App"), provided by Mun Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, videos, logos, and text you use in the App. We do not claim any ownership of them and, because processing happens on your device, we never receive them.

Acceptable use

• You will only watermark content you own or have the right to use.
• You will not use the App to misrepresent authorship of someone else's work, or to remove, obscure, or falsify another person's watermark or copyright notice.
• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full version. Purchases are billed and processed by Apple through your app store account, subject to their payment terms and refund policies.

Intellectual property

The App, including its code, branding, and design, is owned by Mun Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mun Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of files.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
